Online discount

New customers who purchase Standard cover online can get up to 15% discount in the first year of their policy

No claims discount

Tesco Car Insurance will give you a discount based on the number of continuous claim free years you have been insured.

Named driver discount

When you've been a named driver on someone else's Tesco policy we'll reward claim free years with a discount. Just give us the name, date of birth and postcode of the policyholder whose insurance you are covered under.

Discount is based on the number of continuous claim-free years as a named driver (min. 1 year) and the policy you are named under being live when the discount is applied. This benefit may not be applicable on policies with other insurers.

Multi car discount

Tesco Bank know many families have more than one car, so if someone in your household is already insured with us we'll give you a discount when you insure your car with us too.

Company car no claims discount

If you have built up a no claims discount on a company car (which you no longer drive), Tesco Car insurance will take this into account when calculating your premium and work out a suitable discount for your policy premium based on your number of claim free years.

This discount is available to customers over the age of 25 who were the main user of the company car in question and who used the car for social and domestic as well as business use. Note that the company car must not be a pool car.

N.B. Exclusions apply. You may not be eligible for all discounts on a single policy. Discounts are applied consecutively and are subject to minimum premium.
